Please see our opening hours at the bottom of this page.

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?

Yes, whenever possible we do and we have some seats held back for walk-ins. To guarantee entry we strongly recommend booking whenever possible, especially on peak days (Thurs-Sat), to avoid disappointment!

DO YOU ALLOW KIDS?

Yes every day until 7pm (then it’s over to the big kids to have fun). We want to be a safe fun place for everyone so we’re very family friendly, we just ask that kids are supervised by an adult at all times for their own safety and to ensure other guests aren’t disrupted. We have lots of popular family events in our programme which you can check out here.

DO YOU ALLOW DOGS?

Yes, we love dogs! All we ask is that you keep them on their lead. If you need any water for your dog, please ask a member of the team and we'll sort this out.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You're able to place and pay for your order at your table using the QR codes and our staff will then bring everything to you - perfect! Or you can order directly from the bar!

IS THERE A BOOKING FEE?

If your group is 11 or more, we ask for a £10 per person pre-authorisation which is only charged to your card if you do not turn up for your booking.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?

We understand that things happen and plans need to change. You can cancel your booking via the link in the booking confirmation email you'll receive, the team will then release your table for other guests.

DOES THE BAR TAKE CASH?

We only take card and contactless payments at the bar or order via the QR code.

IS THERE PARKING ONSITE?
