If your booking is for a group of 60 people of less - for occasions like birthday parties - please book online under the option ‘Group Party'.
Our versatile event space - with a capacity of up to 700 people - is available to hire for a wide range of celebrations and occasions; performances, exhibitions, screenings, conferences, product launches, team away days and more.

Our versatile Event Space plays host to a huge range of events, from awards ceremonies and away days to gigs, conferences, filming and parties. With a private bar, separate access to our huge garden, and the ability to partition the room for smaller events, it is hugely flexible.

Our large garden is a real sun trap and is filled with beautiful greenery. You can hire a section for your event or the entire space as part of a whole building hire. It shares linked access to our Event Space, providing a fantastic indoor/outdoor combination for all events, or a backup indoor space in case of wet weather.

Our hugely atmospheric Beer Hall is the largest in the UK, and provides a unique setting for smaller groups or large parties. The Beer Hall is only available as an exclusive hire as part of a whole building hire, making full use of our 1400 capacity.

Transport yourself to Walthamstow-on-Sea, the ultimate destination for a summer party! As well as food from our beachfront fish and chip shack, we can organise a barbecue, food trucks or even the option to bring your own caterer.
